Our Terms & Conditions
- Unless credit is established, all orders are pre-paid.
- We accept personal checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express for pre-payments of orders
- Net 30 terms are available for qualified wholesale accounts on approval.
- Our prices are F.O.B. Madrid, New Mexico. The customer will pay shipping fees as applicable.
- A $25.00 service charge will be added for all returned checks.
- All damage claims must be filed with Maya Jones Imports and UPS (or other carrier) within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. All packing materials must be held for possible inspection by carrier. You may be asked to pack them up and return them with the damaged product to Maya Jones Imports.
- Because of the nature of the import business, certain items may be occasionally out of stock. All back-ordered merchandise will be shipped when available unless cancelled by the customer.
- All items we carry are handmade and of the best quality. There might be slight variations in color, dimension, design and texture from item to item.
- There is a $10 shipping charge on orders less than $100, $15 on orders between $100 and $500 and $20 on orders over $500
